Internal Decoration and Renovation

We also undertake internal decoration and renovation on your rental property, which includes furnishings and all interior repairs, to ensure your property is ‘rental ready’. If required, we will also make suggestions to improve the functionality of your property to maximise guest occupancies.

Should you require it, we can provide additional decoration, furnishings and equipment (additional cost), so your property feels more like a home to guests, including:

Soft furnishings
Extra pillows/cushions
Bedding/linen and towels
Kitchen equipment and utensils
Dining equipment
Disposable barbeques and associated equipment
Electric heaters and fans

We also provide more specific internal decoration and renovation services, including:

Internal painting and decorating of walls and ceilings
Varnishing woodwork such as tables and cabinets
Painting woodwork and door/frames
Carpentry
Plastering and skimming
New Flooring
Gardening/outside area (if belonging solely to you as the owner of the property)
