Rental Property Management

We manage every aspect of your rental property, during and in between guest occupancies.
Prior to managing your property, we will undertake a full inspection and inventory, reporting any issues or faults, as well as making suggestions of ways to improve the property, to make it more appealing to paying guests.

Check In/Check Out and Welcome Packs

When your guests arrive, we will be there to greet them to give them the key.

Prior to check out and check out we will inspect the property and complete an inventory of the property, furniture and fittings to ensure everything is in working order. The inventory will be sent to the home owner by email, along with photographs to show the condition of the property prior to check in/check out of each guest.

All properties are equipped with a welcome pack prior to check in. This includes bottled water, coffee, tea, milk, bottles of soda, crisps, biscuits, toilet tissue and soap. We also provide an information pack listing our contact details, local amenities and excursions as well as emergency contact numbers.

Full Housekeeping Services

We know that many guests have issues with the standards of cleanliness with some rental properties when they arrive. This can seriously affect your ratings when guests leave feedback, so it is particularly important that your rental property here in Hurghada is sparkling clean throughout upon arrival.

In between guest check ins and check outs, we will provide a full housekeeping/ cleaning service to ensure your property is in pristine condition. This will include a full and concise clean of the property and laundering of bed linen, towels, tea towels and dishcloths.

Safety checks and Repairs

Full Inspections will be carried out every 3 months to ensure that the property is in full working order, to lessen the need for future costly repairs.

Where an issue is reported, we can ensure that this is responded to in a timely manner and any faults can be rectified by qualified professionals (additional cost). Should any issues need emergency attention, we can respond 24/7 (call out charge and additional cost).
