Who We Are

Hurghada Property Management is managed by Natalie Saunders and her husband Tamer; they reside in Hurghada.
Natalie is originally from the UK and Tamer is an Egyptian National. Hence, all of your needs will be understand and undertaken professionally, without any corners being cut. Natalie has 28 years Project Management experience and 5 years experience in property management. Tamer has 21 years’ experience in Property Management across Egypt.

‘We love Hurghada, there is so much potential for all the wonderful properties here. Having rented scores of properties across Hurghada, we found there were minor issues which could be easily managed, by paying attention to detail. This is where we come in and take the stress away from owners, who live abroad’.

Prior to managing your property, we undertake a full inspection and inventory, reporting any issues or faults, as well as making suggestions of ways to improve the property, to make it more appealing to paying guests. We manage every aspect of the rental for owners, during and in between guest occupancies, which includes:

Checking in and checking out guests
Providing Welcome Packs.
Inventories of all items, including furniture, fittings and equipment.
Housekeeping services, maintenance and cleaning inside the property and the balcony area, laundry and change of bed linen prior to guest check.
Painting, decorating and renovations/repairs – we use a small pool of certified professionals for required work (A/C, Engineer, Electrician and Plumber).
Responding to all guest requests and queries (24/7).

We also undertake internal decoration and renovation on your rental property, which includes furnishings and all interior repairs, to ensure your property is ‘rental ready’. If required, we will also make suggestions to improve the functionality of your property to maximise guest occupancies..
